During the project, every request for modification will have to be assessed by our team in order to estimate the feasibility and evaluate potential changes in costs or on the schedule.
Any request for modification will be formalised by a document that will include following:
- Requested changes
- Description of the changes
- Impact on planning
- Impact on costs
This document will be signed by both parties.
